What time does a new item start?
Start time for a new item is 1:00 PM EST.

When do you stop selling an item?
When we sell out.

When will I receive my item?
We ship the same day and up to four days for each item. We ship ground, so you can expect to receive your shipment within 3 to 10 business days. This depends on your location.

Can I buy other items other then the featured item?
Sometimes. Follow the link to the left marked Wonitem past. Listed will be additional items that may still be available to win as well as purchase.


What is Wonday wonitem?
This is a random day that the featured item will be $1.00 plus shipping. We will have this day at least once a month.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we just ship within the U.S.

What are your shipping and returns policy?

Items will ship within one to four business days via ground. There is a $5.75 shipping fee. If you won we may pick up the shipping fee. If you want your item sooner you can request special delivery, but you will have to pay the standard shipping fees of the carrier you want.


The items come with a manufacturer's warranty. You will have to deal directly with the manufacturer of the product you purchased. We have this policy for a couple of reasons. First, we do not want visitors to buy a product with the idea of just trying to win and if they don't win they return it. Secondly, we typically sell out of the item we are featuring and do not have a replacement. The manufacturer will be happy to replace a defective item for you, we deal with suppliers that only offer warranties. 

If you still need help, email rma@wonitem.com with your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. We will respond with return authorization or contact you if more information is needed. Because we aren't likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option if that's all we can do. Know that return freight will be at your expense, and there is a restocking fee. Again, you will probably get a better deal from the manufacturer.
